Called out because quarterly play inspection.

I've checked the play equipment condition, Fixings and fasteners, Impact-absorbing surfacing.

Found loose bolts on swing frame and bark levels low; tightened bolts and raked surface.

Put in a temporary fix for now; we'll firm it up once the quote is approved.

Alex to keep an eye on the play equipment condition over the next week and let me know if anything changes.

I'll send a quote for new swing shackles and bolts, top up bark/impact mulch.

For today, invoice is call-out plus 1 hour labour; Nylock nuts used on swing bolt.
